My name is Federico, I’m Italian and for the past 20+ years I’ve lived around the world. Last stop Singapore, where I currently reside and run social club Crane.
I’m no trained chef, but people seem to like what I cook, so I see FITJ as my way to meet interesting people from all over the world while exploring new recipes and dining concepts.
